Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh corporate governance yang
berupa proksi Dewan Komisaris Independen, Dewan Direksi, dan Komite Audit
terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Usaha
Milik Negara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019 yang berjumlah
26 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel melalui metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 18
Badan Usaha Milik Neagra yang memenuhi sampel penelitian sehingga data penelitian
berjumlah 72. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji
asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Komisaris Independen tidak
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap
kinerja perusahaan, dan Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
