Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan bungkil inti kelapa sawit terfermentasi dengan Candida utilis dalam ransum terhadap produksi telur, fertilitas, daya tetas, dan berat Day Old Duck (DOD). Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 54 ekor itik untuk mengamati produksi telur dan 144 butir telur itik untuk mengamati fertilitas, daya tetas dan berat Day Old Duck. Pakan yang digunakan adalah pakan basal dan bungkil inti kelapa sawit terfermentasi. Level pemberian bungkil inti kelapa sawit terfermentasi dengan Candida utilis yaitu P0: 0%, P1: 10% dan P2: 20% dari jumlah pakan yang dicampur. Telur dibagi kedalam tiga perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 48 butir telur. Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari dua ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dan jika berbeda nyata akan diuji lebih lanjut dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,05) pada berat telur. Rerata berat telur P0: 64,8 gram P1: 75,1 gram dan P2: 67,0 gram. Dari rerata hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaaan tidak nyata (P>0,05) pada produksi telur, fertilitas, daya tetas, berat Day Old Duck (DOD) dan Income Over Feed Duck Cost (IOFDC). Rerata produksi telur P0: 71,62%, P1: 72,13% dan P2: 63,02%. Rerata fertilitas P0: 91,60%, P1: 89,50% dan P2: 91,66%. Rerata daya tetas P0: 23,75%, P1: 17,17% dan P2: 12,69%. Rerata berat Day Old Duck (DOD) P0: 36,30 gram, P1: 42,20 gram dan P2: 38,65 gram. Rerata Income Over Feed Duck Cost (IOFDC) P0: Rp.82.476; P1: Rp.90.537 dan P2: Rp.69.653. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian BIKSF dengan Candida utilis pada level 10% dapat meningkatkan berat telur dan nilai Income Over Feed Duck Cost (IOFDC). The research material used was 54 ducks to observe egg production and 144 duck eggs to observe fertility, hatchability and weight of Day Old Duck. The feed used are basal feed and fermented palm kernel cake. Level of fermented palm cake meal preparation with Candida utilis are P0: 0%, P1: 10% and P2: 20%. Duck were divided into three treatments and each treatment consisted of 48 eggs. Each treatment consisted of two replications. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and significantly different will be tested further with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed a significant difference (P <0.05) on egg weight. Average egg weight P0: 64.8 gram P1: 75,1 gram and P2: 67,0 gram. From the mean of the research result showed the unreal difference (P> 0,05) on egg production, fertility, hatchability, weight of Day Old Duck (DOD) and Income Over Feed Duck Cost (IOFDC). Mean of egg production P0: 71,62%, P1: 72,13% and P2: 63,02%. Fertility rate P0: 91,60%, P1: 89,50% and P2: 91,66%. Average hatchability P0: 23,75%, P1: 17,17% and P2: 12,69%. The average weight of Day Old Duck (DOD) P0: 36,30 gram, P1: 42,20 gram and P2: 38,65 gram. Average Income Over Feed Duck Cost (IOFDC) P0: Rp.82.476; P1: Rp.90.537 and P2: Rp.69.653. It was concluded that the provision of FPKC with Candida utilis at level 10% can increase egg weight and Income Over Feed Duck Cost (IOFDC) value.
