Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Surakarta Area Branch Office. This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Surakarta Area Branch Office. This data collection technique was carried out by distributing consultants and documentation. The sample in this study were 164 respondents using the proportional sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative research method and uses multiple linear analysis method using SPSS computer program with a significance value of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it shows that work culture, motivation and leadership have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Surakarta Area Branch Office either partially or simultaneously.
