Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and happiness at work in millennial generation employees. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and happiness at work in millennial generation employees. The subjects in this study amounted to 66 people, namely employees of the millennial generation aged 20-40 years. The data collection method in this study used a job satisfaction scale and a happiness scale at work. The results of data analysis using the Product Moment correlation test, the correlation between job satisfaction and happiness at work is (rxy) = 0,830 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.050) which means there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and happiness at work, so the hypothesis is accepted.
