Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction
with product, price, promotion, place on a Restaurant padang Dia Baru Pekanbaru
and to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on product, price, place, and
promotion in the Restaurant padang Dia Baru Pekanbaru either loyalty or
simultaneously parsil. Samples were consumers purchase has visited at least twice, so
it can be ascertained that the consumer has known restaurant padang Dia Baru and
ever been consume food at the restaurant.
The sampling method used was purposive sampling . In this study the samples
taken are mostly consumer Restaurant Padang Dia Baru totaling 100 people.
Analytical tool in this study using multiple linear regression.
Conclusion This study shows that the known average respondent judge
satisfying (3.67) to variable product , known to respondents on average rated
Satisfactory (3.59 ) to variable price, known to respondents on average rated
Satisfactory (3, 64) the promotion variables, and known to respondents on average
rated Satisfactory (3.53) to variable place. Variable product has a positive and
significant impact on consumer loyalty restaurant padang Dia Baru Pekanbaru . This
is indicated by the value of the probability- statistic = 0.000 < Level of Significant =
0.05. Price variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty
restaurant padang Dia Baru Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the value of the
probability- statistic = 0.047 < Level of Significant = 0.05 . Variable place has a
positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty restaurant padang Dia Baru
Pekanbaru . This is indicated by the value of the probability- statistic = 0.004 < Level
of Significant = 0.05. Promotion variables have positive and significant impact on
consumer loyalty restaurant padang Dia Baru Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the
value of the probability- statistic = 0.044 < Level of Significant = 0.05 . Variable
product , price, place, and promotion simultaneous influence on consumer loyalty
restaurant padang Dia Baru Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the value of the
probability- statistic = 0.000 < Level of Significant = 0.05
