Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantiatif yang bertujuan untuk
mengetahui hubungan antara self awareness dengan disiplin kerja pada anggota
Polri di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda DIY. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini
adalah adanya hubungan positif antara self awareness dengan disiplin kerja pada
anggota Polri di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda DIY. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling
sebanyak 50 anggota Polri.
Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product
moment (oleh Pearson) untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan
variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai r = 0.827 dan p = 0.000
yang menyatakan menerima hipotesis, yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara self
awareness dengan disiplin kerja anggota Polri di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat
Samapta Polda DIY.
