Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SPIRIT AT WORK WITH DISCIPLINE APPLICATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ON EMPLOYE ELECTRICAL COMPANY IN MAGELANG NickyPutraHidayatulloh¹, RanniMerliSafitri² The Faculty Of Psychology The University Of Mercubuana Yogyakarta NickyHidayatulloh@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study is aimed to determine the relationship of spirit at work with discipline application of occupationa health and safety on employe electrical company in Magelang. The hypothesis which proposed in this study is there is the positive relationship between spirit at work with discipline application of occupationa health and safety on employe electrical company in Magelang. Subject of this study are technician in electrical company in Magelang, age 19th to 60th years old as many as 65 person. Methods of data collector uses a scale of with discipline application of occupationa health and safety and scale spirit at work, methode of analysis in this study is product moment analysis from pearson. The result of data analysis was obtained correlation result 0,578 with significance of 0,000 (p<0,01), that means there is a positive correlation between spirit at work with descipline application of accupational health and safety. Based on the result of the study, the research stated that the hypothesis is accepted. Variable spirit oat work has the contributed of 33,4%, while the leftovers affected by other factors in discipline application of occupational health and safety are not included in this study. Keyword: discipline application of occupationa health and safety, spirit at work HUBUNGAN ANTARA SEMANGAT KERJA DENGAN DISIPLIN PENERAPAN K3 KARYAWAN PLN DI MAGELANG Nicky Putra Hidayatulloh¹, Ranni Merli Safitri² Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta Nickyhidayatulloh@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara semangat kerja dengan disiplin penerapan K3 pada karyawan teknisi PLN di Magelang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara semangat kerja dengan disiplin penerapan K3 pada kayawan teknisi PLN di Magelang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah teknisi PLN yang bekerja di PLN Rayon Kota di Magelang, berusia 19 sampai 60 tahun sebanyak 65 orang. Metode pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala disiplin penerapan K3 dan skala semangat kerja, metode analisis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis product moment dari pearson. Hasil analisis data diperoleh dari korelasi sebesar 0,578 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 (p<0.01) yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara semangat kerja dengan disiplin penerapan K3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka peneliti menyatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Variable semangat kerja mempunyai sumbangan sebesar 33,4% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain dalam disiplin penerapan K3 yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini.
