PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MIKROORGANISME LOKAL DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP PRODUKSI KARKAS KELINCI PERANAKAN FLEMISH GIANT JANTAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL) dalam ransum terhadap produksi karkas kelinci peranakan Flemish Giant jantan. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan acak lengkap pola searah dengan tiga perlakuan yaitu P0,P1 dan P2, masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis variansi (ANAVA) apa bila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s. Dari hasil penelitan diperoleh data bobot potong P0:1528,33, P1:1770,00 dan P2:1523,33 gram/ekor, berat karkas P0: 722,66, P1 : 820 dan P2 : 633,33 gram/ekor), persentase karkas P0 : 46,85, P1 : 46,58 dan P2 : 41,90 %, berat non karkas P0 : 804,66, P1 : 950,33 dan P2 : 890,00 gram/ekor dan persentase non karkas P0 : 53,00, P1 : 53,10 dan P2 : 58,08 %. Penggunaan (MOL) dalam ransum tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksifitas karkas kelinci peranakan Flemish Giant jantan.

THE EFFECT OF LOCAL MICROORGANISM USED IN THE RATION ON MALE CROSSBREED FLEMISH GIANT RABBIT CARCASS PRODUCTION
The aims of this study is to know the effect of Local Microorganism (MOL) in the ration on male crossbreed Flemish Giant rabbit carcass production. This study used the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of one way pattern by using three threatments are P0, P1, P2 with each treatment consists of three repetition. The data of research were analyzed by Complete Randomized Design of unidirectional pattern and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result of studying has been gotten data of empty quality P0: 1528.33, P1: 1770.00 and P2: 1523.33 gram/tail, carcas heavy P1: 722.6667, P2: 820 and P3: 633.3333 gram/tail, carcas percentage P1: 46.8533, P2: 46.5833 and P3: 41.9067 %, carcas non heavy P1:804.6667, P2: 950.3333 and P3: 890.0000 gram/tails and carcas non percentage P1: 53.0067, P2: 53.1067 and P3: 58.0833 %. The use of Local Microorganism does not affect the productivity of the male crossbreed Giant Flemish carcass.
