Abstract

ANALISIS KEPUASAN KONSUMEN BERDASARKAN BAURAN
PEMASARAN 7P PADA RUMAH MAKAN “AYAM GEPREK
MBOK MORO”
INTISARI
Ayam Geprek Mbok Moro merupakan salah satu produsen ayam geprek di
Kota Yogyakarta. Ketatnya persaingan antara rumah makan ayam geprek
membuat produsen ayam geprek harus pandai menawarkan keunggulan
produknya masing-masing agar usahannya dapat bertahan dan memenangkan
persaingan Agar produsen dapat memenuhi keinginan konsumen maka dapat
dilakukan penelitian guna mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen dan atribut
yang penting menurut konsumen untuk dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian
produk. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi dan harapan
konsumen, menentukan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan nilai Customer
Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan mengetahui hubungan kepuasan konsumen dengan
bauran pemasaran. Pengambilan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada
100 responden yang membeli langsung di Rumah Makan Ayam Geprek Mbok
Moro cabang Terban. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisa
kesenjangan, perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan analisa statistik
chi square yang digunakan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara
bauran pemasaran dan kepuasan konsumen. Hasil pengujian kesenjangan (gap)
menunjukkan bahwa seluruh atribut pertanyaan bernilai negatif sehingga dapat
disimpulkan bahwa konsumen merasa belum puas dengan kinerja pihak AGMM.
Hasil dari metode CSI menunjukkan nilai 0,74 atau 74% yang berarti kepuasan
konsumen pada kriteria “cause for concern” artinya menyebabkan
kekhawatirkan, sehingga pihak AGMM sebaiknya meningkatkan kinerjannya.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian chi square diketahui bahwa seluruh atribut bauran
pemasaran memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen,
karena nilai probabilitas seluruh variabel kurang dari 0,05.

CUSTOMER SATISFATION ANALYSIS BASED ON 7P MARKETING
MIX IN “AYAM GEPREK MBOK MORO” RESTAURANT
ABSTRACT
Ayam Geprek Mbok Moro (AGMM) is one of the producent ayam geprek
in Yogyakarta. The tight competition between ayam geprek restaurants make
producers of ayam geprek must be good at offering the excellence of their
products, so their business are able to survive and win the competitions. In order
to meet the consumers’ needs therefore it can be conduct a research to know how
far the level of customer satisfaction and what the attributes that important for the
consumers to consider in purchases a product. This research aims to determine the
perceptions and the expectations of consumers; determine the level of customer
satisfaction based on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value; and find out the
correlation of consumer satisfaction and marketing mix. The data collected by
distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who bought ayam geprek directly
at Rumah Makan Geprek Mbok Moro, Terban branch. This research employs
three methods to collect the data which are analysis gap, Customer Satisfaction
Index (CSI) calculations, and Chi Square statistical analysis that used to determine
whether there is a correlation between marketing mix and customer satisfaction.
The result of gap testing shows that all question’s attributes are negative, thus it
can be concluded that consumers feel not satisfied with AGMM's performance.
The results of the CSI method show 0.74 or 74% value which means consumer
satisfaction on the criteria of "cause for concerns" means causing concern, so that
AGMM should improve their performance. Based on the results of chi square
testing is known that all the attributes of the marketing mix have a significant
correlation to consumer satisfaction because the probability value of all variables
are less from 0.05.
