Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara career self-efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa semester akhir. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antaracareer self-efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta dengan keseluruhan subjek 110. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skalaKesiapan Kerja dan skalaCareer Self Efficacy. Hasil analisis dengan uji korelasi product momentdiperoleh (rxy) sebesar 0.772 (p = 0.000). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara career self-efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa semester akhir, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Semakin tinggi career self-efficacy maka semakin tinggi kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa semester akhir. Sebaliknya semakin rendah career self-efficacy maka semakin rendah kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa semester akhir.Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,60artinya variabel career self-efficacy dalam penelitian ini mampu memberikan sumbangan sebesar 60% terhadap kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa semester akhir. Hal ini sekaligus menegaskan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebesar 40%.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the relationship between career self-efficacy with work readiness college student of end semester. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between career self-efficacy and work readiness. Subjects in this study are college student of end semester Mercu Buana Yogyakarta University with the entire subject 110. Data collection methods using the scale of Work Readiness and Career Self-Efficacy scale. The results of analysis with product moment correlation test obtained (rxy) of 0.772 (p = 0.000). This shows that there is a positive relationship between career self-efficacy with work readiness college student of end semester, so the hypothesis proposed in this research can be accepted. The higher thecareer self-efficacy, the higher the work readiness college student of end semester. Conversely, the lower the career self-efficacy, the lower the work readiness college student of end semester. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.60 means that the career self-efficacy variables in this study can contribute 60% to the work readiness college student of end semester. This also confirms the influence of other variables not examined in this study amounted to 40%.
