This study aims to determine the effect of supervisors’ self-efficacy training to the
improvement of supervisory skills among Kepala Urusan in the RS BHY. The respondents of
the study were 20 Kepala Urusan who served as supervisors. The data collection method
used is the supervisory skills scale that referred to the Aspects of Supervisory Skills by
Wijono (2010), which consists of four aspects, namely Performance, Self, People, and Task.
Experimental design used in this study is a Quasi Experimental Approach with Pre–test and
Post–test Design. The data analysis is compiled by non-parametric statistical tests using the
Mann Whitney analysis techniques to achieve its score. Data compilation showed that the
results of the analysis, as according, the value of Z at -3.078 and p<0.01, in conclusion, the
research hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an increased supervisory skills for
Kepala Urusan who participated in the self-efficacy training as a supervisor
