PENGARUH ARAS SUPLEMENTASI KOMBINASI REMPAH DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP KINERJA PRODUKSI DAN KUALITAS TETAS PUYUH

ABSTRACT
The research were to study the effect of combinatation spices level on the ration on quail performance and hatchability. Research using females quail 756 and males 108 doq, with a sex ratio of 1:7. The studi was designed completely randomized design (4x3), with treatment of level suplementation of combination of spice tumeric and cinnnamon in ratio of 50:50% i.e R1 (level 0%), R2(level suplementation 0f 0,5%), R3 (level suplementation 1%) and R4 (level suplementation 1,5%). Variable that were measured during 15 weeks covering the performance production (feed intake, body weight, feed conversion, the age sexual maturity, egg weight) and hatching performance (fertility, hatchability and hatching weight). Data were analyzed variance followed Duncan Multiple Range Test. The results showed suplementation with combination of spice at the level of 0,5% (R1) produces feed intake, body weight of female quail, feed conversion, fertility and hatchability best significantly (P,0,05) higher. Suplementation spice up 1,5% (R4) resulted in egg weight and weight doq not significantly. Concluded suplementation combination of spices turmeric and cinnamon with ratio of 50:50% at the level of supplementation 0,5% is able to produce the performance production and hatchability quality.
