Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between Organizational commitment with turnover intention. The hypothesis of this study is that there was a negative correlation between organizational commitment with turnover intention. The subject in this study are 64 employees of bank syari’ah “X” in Yogyakarta. The methods of data collection in this study using organizational commitment scale (OCS) and turnover intention scale. The methods of data analysis in this study using correlation analysis product moment from pearson. The result of data analysis was obtained correlation results rxy = 0.399 with a significance of 0.001 that means there is positive correlation between organizational commitment with turnover intention. Based on the result of this study, the researched stated that the hypothesis is rejected. Variable organizational commitment in this research has the effective contribution of 15,9 % while the effective contributions of 84,1% contributed by other factors in turnover intention are not included in this study
