Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara worklife balance dengan stres kerja pada karyawan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan negative antara worklife balance dengan stres kerja pada karyawan. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala worklife balance dan skala stres kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment.
