Abstract

This research aims to determine the response to growth and yield of upland rice of the Ciputri variety at various doses of Indigenous mycorrhiza in bamboo stands and to determine the best dose of mycorrhiza in bamboo stands. This research was carried out from April to July 2023 at UPT Kebun Gunung Bulu, Faculty of Agroindustry, Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta, Argomulyo, Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study used a single factor method arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment for each polybag tested was P0 = No Dose of Indigenous Mycorrhiza Standing Bamboo as a control, P1 = Dose of 150 g of Indigenous Mycorrhiza Standing Bamboo, P2 = Dose of 200 g of Indigenous Mycorrhiza Standing Bamboo, P3 = Dose of 250 g Mycorrhiza Indigenous Standing Bamboo, P4 = Dose 300 g Indigenous Mycorrhiza Bamboo Stand. The results of this research indicate that the response to the use of doses of Indigenous Bamboo Standing Mycorrhiza affects the number of productive tillers per hill, panicle weight per hill and weight of grainy grain per hill. The best dose of Indigenous Mycorrhiza Standing Bamboo for the growth and yield of the Ciputri rice variety from this research is 300 g for each polybag.
