Abstract

This development research aims to produce E-Learning as a media of learning by
applying the principles of E-Learning effectiveness Epignosis LLC. In this product is
presented for Leonardo Vocational High School. E-Learning products in order to enhance
learning motivation of the students.
Research and development procedures consist of research and information
gathering, planning, program development, validation and media expert content, early
stage trials, revision of early stage trials, field trials, field trial revisions, field tests and field
test revisions. The subject of this research is grade X student of Electronics Industry
Leonardo Vocational High School. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire,
Interview, and observation. The data analysis technique is in the form of a quantitative
descriptive.
Research results show that the assessment of the media experts the earn the average
of 4 categories mean "good". Expert assessment of the material retrieved score average
3.6 mean the category of "good". On early field trials retrieved score average 4.3 included
in the category of "very good". Field trials retrieved score average 4.5 included in
the category of "very good". Test the implementation field obtained score average 4.3
included in the category of "very good". The E-Learning product deduced as a media of
English learning by applying the principles of E-Learning effectiveness Epignosis LLC. at
Leonardo Vocational High School is "Eligible" to be used.
