Abstract
Dalam dunia kerja, kenaikan gaji merupakan hal yang penting. Untuk itu perusahaan harus lebih teliti dalan melakukan perhitungan kenaikan gaji. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam proses penghitungan. Untuk memutuskan naik gaji atau tidak, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan 100% fungsionalitas sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian akurasi 100% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dapat berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).
Kata Kunci :Kenaikan Gaji, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.
