Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi informasi Gamatechno employee Sistem (GES) dengan memodifikasi model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang di kembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989.
Penentuan sampel dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data kuesioner yang di sebarkan kepada karyawan Gamatechno sehingga diperoleh 65 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur / path analysis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan perceived easy of use terhadap perceived of usefulness karyawan pada PT. Gamatechno Yogyakarta. (2) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan perceived easy of use terhadap Acceptance Of GES pada PT. Gamatechno Yogyakarta. (3) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan perceived of usefulness terhadap Acceptance Of GES pada PT. Gamatechno Yogyakarta.
Kata kunci: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, Acceptance of IT, Gamatechno Employee Sistem (GES).
